ITF Syllabus to Black Belt

The road to 1st Dan - 10 gradings, 9 patterns, 4 years training 2 times a week to get the coveted black belt. And that's assuming you don't fail any grading! Less than 5% of people who start actually get there. Will you? Get fitter, stronger, more flexible, more confident and improve your mental health and resilience too - our instructor is also Mindfulness certified.

Lil Dragons

**New Syllabus March 2022!!** Small classes, 40 minute lessons. Our four-belt programme for children aged 4-5. We teach basic punches, stances, blocks, kicks and theory to prepare them for our ITF syllabus. In this programme we also cover teamwork, discipline, respect, concentration, healthy eating, safety, dealing with bullying, and more. And we do it all in a fun way! Yayyy!

Martial Arts Meditation & Mindfulness - End of Week Mental Health De-Stress for Adults

No belt system - no gradings. End of week adults only de-stress. Pure stamina training according to your own ability using kickboxing and Taekwon-Do techniques. Learn the science behind effective kicks and punches. Powerful stretching and workouts followed by meditation and mindfulness cool-downs. Bring a partner!
